We have an extensive product development process to ensure that all the flowers and greens we supply are being distributed by reputable sources. If you ever have an issue with an order, or if something doesn’t seem right, we want you to email us to let us know right away. We stand by our growers and suppliers, but perishable products will have the occasional issue. That’s why we have a very detailed claims process. If you find yourself needing to file a claim, just follow the instructions outlined and we can go from there. We value the relationship we’ve built with you so we always try to be fair and come up with a solution that works for everyone, this usually means a reship, refund or store credit.
